The EAT Bars were launched in January, but these were Tia’s passion project for three years. The idea was born during her work in nursing homes and hospitals. Tia’s patients wanted something that tastes good and melts quickly. The first Amazon launch was really successful.
The bars are made of meringue and flavored Greek yogurt coating. They are available in Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon. Each bar has 200 calories, and yes, the product is GMO-free, gluten-free, nut-free and Kosher.
The product dissolves quickly. Lemon was Tia’s first option, because the taste of citrus stimulates the production of saliva, and the bars dissolve rapidly.
This is the best product that has ever made the market. Patients with dysphagia will no longer eat the same pureed meal over and over again.
